We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking technologies.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:
- Favorite words and custom collections
- Word viewing history
- Quiz results and streak records
- Notification preferences and settings
- Subscription status
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed.

Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple. For information about how Apple handles your payment data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Services
Etymology does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. The App functions entirely offline using bundled content. No data is shared with third-party AI services or any other external services.

- Deleting the App from your device (removes all data)
- Using iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Etymology > Delete App
No data exists on our servers to delete, as we do not collect or store any user data remotely.
